Going to Rio tomorrow. For those that I didn't manage to see on the last holidays, I'll miss you way too much. For those that I've seen, I'll miss you as well. And for those I'm going to see... good luck trying to put up with Lu for the whole weekend. I'll make sure I'll bug you as much as I can, so prepare yourselves. ^^
Yesterday I've got some excellent clothes for Julia's party at the second-hand store my mum had told me to go (which, by the way, is a verygorgeous great amazing peculiar place). Can't wait to put them on again. I'm going to scare whoever sees me to death. And afterwards fall on the floor because of the high heels.
Vera Drake (UK/France/New Zealand, 2004) **** - As usual, a very dramatic and emotionally strong Mike Leigh. Very good film. Imelda Staunton (who plays Vera Drake) was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was so... British. The Drake's (a low class London familywhich means they have more money than most middle-class people in Brazil do) seemed like my own tea obsessed host family in Oxford, so everything was very nostalgic. I miss England so much. *sighs* Really hope I'll be back soon.
Melinda and Melinda (USA, 2004) **** - Woody Allen's 34th film. A lot of people didn't like for they thought it was too simple, but it pleased me very much. It was a simple film indeed, but a very good one, and a great script. I'm glad Woody didn't disappoint me. I did miss him acting, though.
Post scriptum: like I've said before, I haven't been able to solve the problems regarding my sin carddamn all those ignorant bastards from TIM!, so I'll be using my São Paulo mobile number while in Rio. May also use my mum's phone. But don't worry, I'll let you know. ^^

Also, Sahara? Only watch it if you have absolutely nothing to do with your time. It's not bad, but... JESUS FUC-- yeah, Penelope Cruz' accent is ANNOYING.
Best thing about the movie? The Sin City trailer! Oh, now I can't waaaait!
