I have to go home.

Stayed at grandma's for two days.

Didn't do much around there but eat and read Order of the Phoenix. Was even banned form using the weird-computer-with-an-even-weirder-monitor.

Went to the eye doctor today. After almost one hour and a half of waiting She told me I didn't have astigmatism after all. My eyes are just tired and complaining; am I bit allergic too, so I'll have to use eye-drops for a while.

Came back to Rio; had dinner at [livejournal.com profile] christycorr's grandpa's (getting used to it); hanged a bit at her Godmother's; went out with mum for a drink; back home.

And so it is.

Going to my city in less than twelve hours. Miss my friends from there. Miss my room. Miss the no-longer-white couch. Miss my dad, my brother and my stepmum. Miss Yakissoba. Miss random people hanging in my house. Miss Bocage. Miss my favourite avenue. Miss São Paulo.

Thank you for everyone here in Rio that made my last fortnight extremely pleasant. To those that tried to make it like hell *looks sideways at Billie*: poor job.

"- I have to go home.
- You are home."
- William Miller and Penny Lane, Almost Famous.

My plane will be arriving at Congonhas Airport around 11h. [livejournal.com profile] christycorr's right afterwards. Please, make sure you do not pick us up. Or something bad may happen. Mean it.

"Of course I'm home. I'm always home. I'm uncool." - Lester Bangs, Almost Famous.

Can't wait for that bloody book to come out.

Post scriptum: Ju, sorry I didn't call you. Got home too late. Call you from SP tomorrow, though.

No more planes.

Ok. Read the two first chapters. *clears throat* This book is potentially *looks sideways* the best of the series.

*tries to change the subject*

So. Today some friends came over, we watched some movies...

Bloody hell, I need it right NOW! ><

And then we ate some pizza...

Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow!

This is no good. I need some sleep. --'

"Why do you have to spoil everything?" - Peter Pan, Peter Pan.

Post scriptum: Sorry about last post crazyness. That was [livejournal.com profile] christycorr. --'

You like bowling, don't you, Montag?

If you don't want a man unhappy politically, don't give him two sides to a question to worry him; give him one. Better yet, give him none. If the government is inefficient, topheavy, and tax-mad, better it be all those than that people worry over it. Peace, Montag. Give the people contests they win by remembering the words to more popular songs or the names of state capitals or how much corn Iowa grew last year. Cram them full of noncombustible data, chock them so damned full of 'facts' they feel stuffed, but absolutely 'brilliant' with information. Then they'll feel like they're thinking, they'll get a sense of motion without moving. And they'll be happy, because facts of that sort don't change. Don't give them any slippery stuff like philosophy or sociology to tie things up with. That way lies melancholy.
