Bienal has always meant a lot to me. Ever since I was a kid my mother took me there, every two years. After I moved to São Paulo I started going every year, one there and one here, in Rio. There was never a Bienal that wasn't special to me in some way.
Over the past four years, they all brought excellent surprises. In 2003, I came out of the closet for the first time in my life. My confident was my best friend and future girlfriend,
