Trash horror movies can be good sometimes. But everything, when in excess, can be too much. I guess this can be considered the weirdest Movie Night ever.

Spend the day with Kill here, and we finally watched Pulp Fiction, which she'd never seen before (don't ask). Also saw on Friday afternoon Kill Bill (I and II). [livejournal.com profile] xxxemo_girlxxx loved it. Converted another one. YAY!

I was going to the movies with my father to see my mum's new movie, Casa de areia, but because people in this city have absolutely nothing to do on Saturday night, everything was full (include here also very bad films). Why can't everyone just be a geek like myself and spend Saturday night at home? *sighs*

In the end, we had diner at Joe and Leo's and talked about things (mostly school, work and stupid people) over a five dollar shake and a beer.

Will watch the film tomorrow with Kill. So many movies to see. Damn. Not.

"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon the with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you." - The Holy Bible, Ezekiel 25:17.

Quentin Tarantino is a bloody genius. Literally

Hope you like the movie... That's all I can say after 3 beers and one shot of tequila.

Luv,
Lis.

You like bowling, don't you, Montag?

If you don't want a man unhappy politically, don't give him two sides to a question to worry him; give him one. Better yet, give him none. If the government is inefficient, topheavy, and tax-mad, better it be all those than that people worry over it. Peace, Montag. Give the people contests they win by remembering the words to more popular songs or the names of state capitals or how much corn Iowa grew last year. Cram them full of noncombustible data, chock them so damned full of 'facts' they feel stuffed, but absolutely 'brilliant' with information. Then they'll feel like they're thinking, they'll get a sense of motion without moving. And they'll be happy, because facts of that sort don't change. Don't give them any slippery stuff like philosophy or sociology to tie things up with. That way lies melancholy.
