Errare humanum est

lu: (Life isn't that simple)
Resolvi tomar vergonha na cara e finalmente colocar disponível o meu ensaio de economia romana para quem quiser ver:

Errare humanum est (é só clicar em download).

English speakers, don't mind the previous link. It's for an essay I wrote for school, in Portuguese. So, fortunately, you don't even get a chance to see my bad writing.

About the comments on the last post... I am sorry about that little note I made -- it was actually only meant to very few people. I wasn't in a good moment and didn't really think of the consequences. [livejournal.com profile] frinitrix, definitely not for you. I do apologize if you got it wrong. Please, let there be no hard feelings, ok?

Oh, Mac is back. Turns out it was just an übber-stupid problem.

Movie Festival this week and the next. About 16 movies to go. *grins*

Um ENSAIO? Sobre ECONOMIA ROMANA? O___O"

Meu Deus, eu não fazia idéia! Como eu influencio essa menina! /o\

... Right. I won't read it again, but I'll download it... just, you know, so that I can have another copy.

And yes, Noka's right: it's 'über'.

So that "[you] can have copy"? *stares* I never knew you'd sink to such grammatical lows, Chris. Never. Am disappointed.

Of course I'm right. *rolls eyes* Like I'm ever wrong. *tosses hair*

GAAAH. I thought of correcting that, but I thought no one--meh. Here:

"...so that I can have another copy."

Happy? *rolls eyes*

*stares* I don't think you got it. It should be:

"...so that I can have another a copy."

*laughs* I'm turning into a grammar freak, aren't I?

...I don't get it. I striked only the nother, if you didn't notice. o.O And I think you've screwed up your tags.

You're spending too much time around Runi. *nods*

*rolls eyes* Right. Once every five weeks. Should really limit myself to once every seven weeks or so.

You like bowling, don't you, Montag?

If you don't want a man unhappy politically, don't give him two sides to a question to worry him; give him one. Better yet, give him none. If the government is inefficient, topheavy, and tax-mad, better it be all those than that people worry over it. Peace, Montag. Give the people contests they win by remembering the words to more popular songs or the names of state capitals or how much corn Iowa grew last year. Cram them full of noncombustible data, chock them so damned full of 'facts' they feel stuffed, but absolutely 'brilliant' with information. Then they'll feel like they're thinking, they'll get a sense of motion without moving. And they'll be happy, because facts of that sort don't change. Don't give them any slippery stuff like philosophy or sociology to tie things up with. That way lies melancholy.
