I've seen the latest episode of Lost today, and after going around the foruns and seen people say the most absurd things, I've decided to make a post saying my opnions on the subject, even though I tend not to make this kind of post (
fly_meaway, you may consider this a reply to your latest Lost post).
So everyone was wondering why in the name of Earth did that weird map show up in the first place and, most important, "was it the button?" Well, at first, I was pretty sure. After all, J.J. Abrams had said that, before the end of this season, we will find out what that bloody button is for. But watching the scene again I realized two things:
The first one was that I could hear the faint noise of the numbers going back to their original position before the lights went off. Therefore, it couldn't be something that happened realted to the button.
The second one was that the map was projected on the steel door. Now, if that door wasn't there, the map, by obvious reason, couldn't be there. As the door was there for other reasons, not related to the button, but to the food (they locked the person inside the Hatch on so that they didn't see how the food got there), the map couldn't have anything to do with the numbers.
Who drawned the map? Well, that's trick. I guess that maybe the map itself was already there, for orientation or something. Now, some of the writings were obviously done by the people that inhabited the Hatch itself, like the text: "I am here", next to the Swan Station. The reasons that led me to believe that the map itself wasn't drawned by any of the Hatch people were: firstly, if they lived in the Hatch, I'm not sure they could explore so much; and secondly: why would the neon lights be there if there wasn't anything to be seen before?

About "Henry Gale": I've always believed the was an "other", and now more than ever. And that's about it.
Locke is love. S2
That's all, folks.

Wow! Seriously? Which episode is it? I mean... it is second season, right? o.o' He was stupid, I'll give you that. Poor thing, he was desperate.
I want to see Kate and Jack arguing, again! *_*
Yes, is the 2x22, I think. [opening LostBrasil to check] No, 2x22 is "Three Minutes", "?" is the 2x21! It seems will be be about Eko and Locke...
And I want to see the "S.O.S.", 2x19, about Rose and Bernard!
The list of the episodes will come...
2x18 - Dave (about Hurley) - 05/04
2x19 - S.O.S. (about Rose and Bernard) - 12/04
2x20 - Two For The Road (they don't know about who) - 03/05
2x21 - ? (about Eko and Locke) - 10/05
2x22 - Three Minutes (they don't know about who) - 17/05
2x23 - ???? (they don't know about who or the title) - 24/05
Wow! I want to see it! And Rose and Bernanrd's, of course.
But... are they going to have two flashbacks in the same ep? O.O (21)
About the flashbacks, in the forum have a long conversation about that, and the people think yes, will be flashbacks of the both in the same ep... I don't know, I'm anxious to see that ep more than Rose and Bernard's!
Even though even he is deeper than Potter. That's going to be so odd! Also, to see Libby and Hurley together. o.o'
OMGSOGOOD
I was so happy for Hurley.
