lu: (Superman)
So I had the brilliant idea of going over my girlfriend's to watch some Lois & Clark (a.k.a. the funniest Bored-on-Wednesday-afternoon series in the world).

Then I had the even more brilliant idea to go the movies watch Superman Returns, and, of course, some more Lois & Clark after that.

The result: I am in love with the hero I always hated the most. The stupid American-ish, way-too-perfect, always-with-straight-hair Superman. *sighs*

But don't worry! I do love and cherish Lex Luthor KEVINSPACEYISGOD, so there is still hope in the world. *grins*

Do you know what I love the most in superman?
He is THE SUPER HERO.
When you think about a super hero, you think about flying, super strength, x-ray vision, "macho" attitude... this kind of stuff.
And superman have it all!
He saves the good lady all the time...
And he doesn't have this HUGE dark side in his mind...

And he is a really good person too! *_*

And I don't know... he's probably my favourite!

But those are exactly the things I didn't like about him! I love heros that have a dark side and all. But... I don't know. The whole story it's so silly it becomes amazing. The original super hero cliché! Anyway. I love Superman now. Not necessarily Superman himself, but the whole thing.

I cannot wait to see this movie, everybody seems to be loving the guy that plays Superman and it looks so great and I love Kevin Spacey!

Haha and awww, I think there's still hope for you as well. Lots of hope ;)

I hadn't seen it until yesterday, too. You really should check it out. It's really nice.

*laughs* I hope so.

YAY! *Happy Snoopy Dance*

Superman is the most noble of heroes - the one who would blindly risk his life and DIE for humanity - plus, his alterego is intelligent and sexy - in a dorky way!

I've loved him since the movies with Chris Reeves, the LOIS AND CLARK TV SERIES IS THE AWESOME - Teri is THE BEST LOIS EVER - and even Smallville!

AND I LOVED THE NEW MOVIE! AND JASON!:D

*laughs* He is great, indeed. And a real dork.

I've never seen the other movies! I want to rent and all. I have a thousand questions Superman-related to ask you!

And Teri IS the best ever! I mean... I hated that girl in the movie! Teri is just... Lois!

Oh, it's all so good! *_*

I have one word for you:
Dork.

I am not a dork.
Maybe geek.

Oh, you so are.
*laughs* Dork is a more affectionate term in Runi-language. So you're a dork, not a geek.

Oh, and...
Tell your girlfriend that I miss her and she needs to find some method of communication, even if she is using dial-up. I at least have LJ comments and posts to communicate with you...

Re: Oh, and...
I will! I'll make her write you an e-mail. She used dial-up yesterday, I guess, so I think she can do that. At least she's writing HA, and that's something rare. *laughs*

Oh, good. *grins* I love knowing both of you. *nods* I think she did. So tell her to do that. *blinks* She's writing? And HA? *faints* You're kidding, right? *grins* Oh, I'm going to have to tease her something awful now.

*hugs* Miss you, too, you know. A hell of a lot.

You like bowling, don't you, Montag?

If you don't want a man unhappy politically, don't give him two sides to a question to worry him; give him one. Better yet, give him none. If the government is inefficient, topheavy, and tax-mad, better it be all those than that people worry over it. Peace, Montag. Give the people contests they win by remembering the words to more popular songs or the names of state capitals or how much corn Iowa grew last year. Cram them full of noncombustible data, chock them so damned full of 'facts' they feel stuffed, but absolutely 'brilliant' with information. Then they'll feel like they're thinking, they'll get a sense of motion without moving. And they'll be happy, because facts of that sort don't change. Don't give them any slippery stuff like philosophy or sociology to tie things up with. That way lies melancholy.
