The pursuit of happiness.

  • Feb. 15th, 2007 at 8:13 PM
lu: (*roll eyes*)
Christopher Gardner: "Probably means there's a good chance. Possibly means we might or we might not."
Christopher: "Okay."
Christopher Gardner: "So, what does probably mean?"
Christopher: "It means we have a good chance."
Christopher Gardner: "And what does possibly mean?"
Christopher: "I know what it means! It means we're not going to the game."

Little Christopher is so full of wisdom. I should have learned that a long time ago.

Your mother hates animals. Put that in your head.

that was a decent movie. slightly drawn out i thought, but i'm one of those people who would be perfectly happy to watch a movie that is full of wonderful things with no struggle whatsoever.

Oh, I liked it, too. I thought it was going to be much worse, so I'm glad it surprised me.

are you a fan of will smith?

i have to admit that one of my guilty pleasures are his cheesy comedies, but only when i can justify it by bringing my little brother or something similar.

Well, not really. I mean, I think he's a good actor, but I didn't watch a lot of his films. I do love Men in Black, though. *grins*

This movie is so cute! :)
It's one of those that I find myself crying watching the trailer. :P

*nods emphatically* I cried a little, in the end and in some part of the middle. I'm so stupid when I watch films like these.

Ele é uma graça! Aliás, você sabia que ele é o filho do Will Smith mesmo? E que a mulher é a mulher? Achei lindo.

Nháááá! Eu sou o seu pai! *.*

óò

*abraça*

You like bowling, don't you, Montag?

If you don't want a man unhappy politically, don't give him two sides to a question to worry him; give him one. Better yet, give him none. If the government is inefficient, topheavy, and tax-mad, better it be all those than that people worry over it. Peace, Montag. Give the people contests they win by remembering the words to more popular songs or the names of state capitals or how much corn Iowa grew last year. Cram them full of noncombustible data, chock them so damned full of 'facts' they feel stuffed, but absolutely 'brilliant' with information. Then they'll feel like they're thinking, they'll get a sense of motion without moving. And they'll be happy, because facts of that sort don't change. Don't give them any slippery stuff like philosophy or sociology to tie things up with. That way lies melancholy.
