Whoever said money didn't buy happiness must have been having a really bad hair day.
[WARNING. This is a fashion-related rant.]
What is it with vests being 'in' this winter? I mean, I have seen a thousand girls in college wearing them. It's so weird to see accessories usually related to gay/bi/indie/alternative girls mixed with Valley-girlish Calvin Klein social pants. Today at the mall there were vests in the most random, traditional stores, and not on a male mannequin.
Don't get me wrong, you people know I'm all against a segregation between gay and straight people (or between gay people themselves), but I guess the cultural shock was just weird for me. I once read an article at a The L Word-related book that, amongst other things, said that lesbians were responsible for starting several fashion trends. I guess they had a point.
I am wearing a vest right now, by the way. It's probably the perfect way to end this day anyway.
And now off to
- Room 101:Mulholland Drive, City of God.
- Seashell Radio:SOS, by Rihanna.
- the right to be unhappy:*squee!*

Come on, there's nothing sexier (for straight men and gay women) than a woman wearing a man outfit that clings to her in all the right places. Am I right?

enfim...
enfim...
