Brasil 0 x 1 France

I am so embarrassed for us. I don't think I have seen Brazil play as bad as that since 98's final. After France scored I don't think I had time to get mad -- I just went straight to the "disappointed" stage. France deserved it. I don't know what the hell happened to us.

This is going to be a difficult karma to break.

You wrote Brasil 1 x 0 France, its Brazil 0 X 1 France.

And, i wouldnt really mind the fact that we lost if it wasnt the tiny little detail we lost for FRANCE.

I have that feeling that they never went there to play. Except a minimum amout of players that actually did something, like Lucio, Cicinho, Zé Roberto and Robinho.

Kaká was totally lost, which surprised me a lot.

And the rest was just sucking more than i thought they could suck. =S

Oh! I think that was my subconcious speaking.

EXACTLY. God, seriously, it could've been any other team. I think I would even prefer Argentina. And it wasn't just that we lost to France. It was the way we lost that game. We didn't even put up a fight.

Yes! Oh, it was shameful.

Não é? x.x

Nunca imaginei.

You like bowling, don't you, Montag?

If you don't want a man unhappy politically, don't give him two sides to a question to worry him; give him one. Better yet, give him none. If the government is inefficient, topheavy, and tax-mad, better it be all those than that people worry over it. Peace, Montag. Give the people contests they win by remembering the words to more popular songs or the names of state capitals or how much corn Iowa grew last year. Cram them full of noncombustible data, chock them so damned full of 'facts' they feel stuffed, but absolutely 'brilliant' with information. Then they'll feel like they're thinking, they'll get a sense of motion without moving. And they'll be happy, because facts of that sort don't change. Don't give them any slippery stuff like philosophy or sociology to tie things up with. That way lies melancholy.
